How are delivery orders fulfilled? How can I get support for delivery orders?

Delivery orders are fulfilled via 3rd Party Service. Contact the Delivery Service Provider that fulfilled your order with any questions or concerns. This will be noted on your order receipt.

What is the Buddy’s Pizza app?
The Buddy’s Pizza app is our new loyalty reward app that allows you to earn rewards and offers throughout the year. 

Ok, How do I get started?  
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play store and create your account. You can begin using the app immediately.

How does the Buddy’s Pizza loyalty app work?
With any qualifying restaurant purchase, you will earn rewards. You will earn 1 point for each $1 spent on qualifying purchases. When you have earned 200 points, you will receive a $10 reward. Your reward can be redeemed with any subsequent purchase. You will also receive a reward for signing up and for your birthday.

Why does the Buddy’s Pizza app ask for my location information?
Your location information is needed to locate the restaurants nearest to you and make your search quick and easy.

How do you use my personal and purchase information?
We do not share your personal or purchase information. Purchase information is used to help us better provide you with offers and information you are interested in.

How do I earn points?
Place carryout orders via the mobile app and you will earn points automatically.

If you are dining in, calling in an order, or placing a carryout order via our website (without delivery) you can earn rewards by scanning the code at the bottom of the receipt. Open your app, click Rewards, then click Earn, and scan the code. Be sure to scan the receipt soon, as it will expire in 14 days. Please note in order to scan your points, you must have a “Closed” version of your receipt.  This is one that shows all discounts and payments applied. Receipts that are not “Closed” will not scan properly. You can request a “closed” receipt at the time of purchase or pickup.

The barcode didn’t scan. What can I do?
Please take a photo of the receipt and send it into Buddy’s using the “Need Help?” feature of the app under the More menu. Please be sure the photograph of the receipt is showing the location you purchased from, the date of your visit, and the order number.

I have an account but didn’t have the Buddy’s Pizza app with me when I purchased. Can I still earn points?
Yes! Be sure to save your receipt. Each receipt has a Buddy’s Pizza barcode that can be scanned to earn your points for your purchase. Scan the barcode in the app by clicking Rewards then Earn and Scan Receipt Code. Be sure to scan the receipt soon, as it will expire in 14 days.

How do I know how many points I have earned?
You can check your account balance at any time by opening the Buddy’s Pizza app and tapping '“Rewards” in the bottom menu of your screen. You will see the points meter and how close you are to reaching 200 points.

My receipt was for higher than the points I received, why?
You earn points on all pre-tax sales and not the receipt total, which includes tax. Please note points cannot be earned on purchases of alcohol.

Besides points, are there other ways to get free food and discounts?
From time to time we provide special rewards and offers for our members. Be sure to open our emails and check our app so you don’t miss any offers or rewards!

I earned a reward, how do I redeem it?
To redeem, follow these simple steps:

When placing an order via the app, apply the reward when checking out by clicking Offers at checkout.

For Dine-in or call-in orders: Open the Buddy’s Pizza app before paying the cashier, tap the reward button, select the Reward you want to use, then tap redeem. Confirm the amount by tapping “Confirm” in the pop-up screen. A code will appear on your device. Provide the cashier with the code and they will apply the reward to your purchase. If you accidentally press the wrong reward, it will be regenerated in your account within an hour, as long as the code is not applied to a purchase.

If I earn more than one reward, can I save them and use them later?
Rewards can be saved. You can only use one reward at a time.

I have multiple rewards, can I apply them all to one purchase to cover the cost of most of my purchase?
You can only redeem one reward per transaction. Redeeming two or more rewards in a single purchase is not allowed.

Do my rewards expire?
Yes, all rewards expire, although we do our best to give you enough time to redeem. You can check your account for current rewards and view expiration dates.
